Access Bars
Access Bars® is the very core of Access Consciousness®. It was developed by the founder Gary Douglas & is a process that allows your body to process & receive the changes you are choosing with ease.

Access Bars® are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly & easily release anything that doesn’t allow you to receive. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions & considerations you have stored in any lifetime. This is a possibility for you to let go of everything!

Every Bars session is different. The worst that can happen after a Bars session is that you feel as relaxed as if you had received a great massage. The best that can happen is your whole life can change. Among the most commonly reported effects are: an increased sense of peace & calm, more ease & flow, being less reactive to situations which might have upset you in the past, more restful & deep sleep or feeling that whatever was upsetting you before the session doesn’t matter any more.

Once you have your Bars done, the Bars “run” or continue to release stuck energy forever. Every time you have it done after that, the effect becomes more dynamic.  The most dramatic effects tend to be noticed within 3-4 weeks of the session.

A bars session is very gentle & can be received sitting or lying down. Some people can feel a tingle of energy when certain points are held or may have a sense of a clearing or balancing taking place.

Tania has worked with quite a few children that have some traits of anger, anxiety, worry & self confidence issues & seen the positive results from having had their bars run. It is a very easy & relaxing process & her own boys now ask to have their bars run when they are feeling out of sorts.
